Product Return Policy
A customer may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by www.TazaMart.pk within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will also bear the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error and if there is an issue with the quality of any of the product(s).
Food items, cheese, and raw chicken etc., a customer can return them at the time of delivery only. Because of the fragility of these items, TazaMart will not be able to entertain such returns later.
Return/Exchange Policy
To be eligible for Return/Exchange and Expired/Damaged item, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, and secured in the original packing.

I want become a member to shopping my grocery items through your tazamart. Is it possible to make payment on delivery time? Sometimes problem creates if payment done through credit card. Please reply. Thanks

Customers from Karachi can choose to pay via Cash on Delivery. For orders from outside Karachi, customer will either have to submit the order amount in our bank account in advance or they can choose to pay via VISA/Master card at the time of checkout.
In Karachi, delivery time is 24 hours. For orders from other cities, delivery time will be 72 hours approx. and customer will have to bear the courier charges – will be communicated over the phone/email.. Perishable items like; frozen food, fresh fruits & vegetables, cheese, chocolates, etc. will only be delivered in Karachi only.

you can place you order till anytime from Monday to Friday and select Saturday as your delivery date and respective time-slot at the time of checkout 🙂

Can i save my monthly order ? I’m trying to avoid again and again select same order one by one.
Hi Kashif, if you create an account on TazaMart, you will be able to review all past orders and can use “re-order” option to add all those items in your cart at once. You can then update the quantities and products too. You dont have to search and add those product one by one 🙂
