Delivery Policy

Same day delivery

Orders placed by 09:00 am are delivered the same day at around 04:00 pm to 09:00 pm (Subject to availability of time-slots), except for Sundays.

Orders placed between 09:00 pm to 04:00 pm will be delivered next day at around 3:00 pm.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Saturdays or orders placed on Sundays will be delivered on Monday between 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Scheduled Delivery

You can always schedule your order to be delivered at particular time by providing time range in order notes on the checkout page (not valid for same day deliveries).

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for orders more than or equals to Rs.1000. For orders amounting less than Rs.1000, service charge of Rs.99 applies.

Online Payment Option

• For orders with “pay online” as payment option customer will either have to submit the order amount in our bank account in advance – following are the bank details or they can pay via VISA/Master card at the time of checkout
